Understanding Voltage
Richway has products that come in different voltages. 39 countries use 110 volts systems and the rest use 220 volts. Some countries designate their voltages a little differently. In the United States, voltage is sometimes described as 110 or 120. Actually, this is a 120-volt system, but with line loses the voltage drops, so it is not exact. Some countries will say 240 volts, but that will be the same as 220. Below is a list of the countries and their voltages.
